OUR STORY

Let’s cut this love story short. We, Tambakis Physiotherapy, are husband and wife duo Harris and Angelique. We were mates during our Sports Science degree and never in a million years did we think we’d get into business together, let alone marry each other.

We love being a part of our local Padstow community, enhancing its health & wellbeing. We are very passionate about educating and empowering individuals to be the best versions of themselves.

Services

We bet you can't decide if you need Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology!
Harris will often diagnose, complete his treatment (manual therapy, dry needling, sports taping etc.) and then provide you with homework. Angelique prefers you to put in the work during your 1:1 sessions or small group exercise classes (because homework is rough & practice makes almost perfect!)

Harris is your 'go-to' for musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. We accept Worker's Compensation patients and love supporting our local sports teams. Angelique assists those with chronic disease (think Cancer, Heart disease, Arthritis, etc.) and loves to make people strong and healthy, fostering confidence in a private gym-like environment.
